What would happen if 700 Billion Dollars were given to us?

Did we really need a monstrosity government bailout of Wall Street, and now inept Car Companies, or just more money in our pockets to spend and put back into the economy?  

 

The NE Ohio based Fed Up Energy League  (F.U.E.L.) was formed 2 years ago to fight the high cost of gas and diesel.  We were "Angry at the Gas Pump" and now we are Angry at the Money Pump into companies who really don't deserve it.  We felt then, as we do now, that major profiteering was and is going on by greedy Managers and CEO's.

Profiteering has been and IS one of the root causes of the economic crisis we are now in. 

F.U.E.L.'s mission is to not only lobby our Representatives, but contact those companies who were given the Billions directly, about how to spend the money WE THE PEOPLE have given them. 

 We are letting them know that we will simply not tolerate any more lighting of cigars with $100 bills, and the corporate jets and wild parties better go!

If not,

We'll take our business elsewhere.

The cornerstone of America is that we are free to choose.  The freedom to buy cars where we want, bank where we want, and secure loans from where ever we please. 

We expect those companies we have "bailed out" to be good citizens.  We expect them to provide products and services that are in OUR best interest as well as there's.

We CAN make sure OUR money is well spent if we "band together" as citizens in a watchdog group that will ensure proper use of our hard earned tax payments.
